CMI facilities offer Retirement Apartments to those individuals of ages 60 years and older on our Skilled Nursing Facility campuses. Each apartment is an independent living apartment that includes the following utilities as part of a monthly fee:
- Electric
- Cable TV
- Water and sewer
- Trash pick-up
Additional services such as meals, activities and apartment furnishings are available at an additional charge.
